If you feel that…

tick off in your head what fits

…then you're in the right place.

You don't have to stop being afraid straight away. A small first step is enough.

Start with a short test →
  • you'd rather not think about it, because it's upsetting and you're afraid you'll tempt fate,
  • you're tired of the anxiety and the flood of information online,
  • you're responsible for lots of people, and pets too,
  • you feel alone and overwhelmed with it all,
  • you'd rather avoid the subject, because talking about it only makes the fear worse,
  • every new piece of news leaves you feeling low rather than ready with a plan…
02

Online survival content doesn't speak to you? No wonder.

Most content about crisis preparation is harsh, military and set somewhere in a forest. And you look at your family, your children, your parents, your dog, and think: that's not what it would look like for us. You're right. Your preparation happens at home, in your wallet, on your phone and in conversations with the people you love.

  • 62%

of women say they don't know how to act in an emergency.

    Among men it's 36%.

  • 15%

of women have ever had any contact with crisis preparation (training, a civil defence course, an organisation).

    Among men it's 53%.

  • 82%

of people working in healthcare and social care are women.

Society relies on these people in a crisis.

Gotowa na kryzys is your calm place in difficult times.

We don't predict the future. We prepare for its different versions. We help you turn anxiety and information chaos into a simple plan: for you, your loved ones and your pets.

Don't want to think about it? We understand.

Thinking about a crisis is unpleasant, and many of us put it off. But preparing doesn't bring a crisis any closer, just as a fire extinguisher in the kitchen doesn't start a fire. It gives you peace of mind, because you know what you'll do.

  • We start with everyday life.

No power, no water or no signal. No horror scenarios.

  • A plan reduces anxiety.

Fear feeds on not knowing. Concrete facts take that away.

  • A prepared society protects itself.

A country of prepared people is a harder target, and a calm, well-informed woman is resistant to panic and disinformation.
